We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. cSpeak™ abides by strict security protocols that limit access to internal information. cSpeak™ restricts user information and has protocols that allow only specific employees to have access to the user database itself.

The cSpeak.com does log IP addresses to analyze market trends and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Cookies are not used for marketing purposes; however, cookies may be used to track your cSpeak.com application settings.       

Non-account related Emails

If you received a mailing from cSpeak.com other than account related, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving newsletters in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings. cSpeak.comusers can opt-out either at the time of sign-up or on the receipt of the newsletter.
